Take the Stage with B3 Dance

For dancers who are ready for more opportunities to perform, grow, and shine, the B3 Dance Performance Team offers an exciting next step in their training.

Our Performance Team gives dancers additional opportunities to develop their technique, learn choreography, strengthen their stage presence, and experience the energy of performing as part of a team.

Whether your dancer loves being onstage or is ready to challenge themselves in a new way, Performance Team is designed to help them become a stronger, more confident performer.

Performance Teams for Every Stage

B3 Dance offers four Performance Team groups based on age and level:

  • Youth 1: For our younger school-age dancers beginning to develop stronger technique, confidence, and performance skills.
  • Youth 2/3: For growing dancers ready to take on more challenging choreography and expand their performance experience.
  • Teen: For teen dancers looking to sharpen their technique, artistry, stage presence, and versatility.
  • Adult: For adult dancers who want the excitement of rehearsing and performing as part of a committed team.

More Than Just Learning Choreography

Performance Team is about developing the complete performer.

Our goal is not simply to teach dancers the steps. We want them to feel confident stepping onto a stage, connecting with an audience, and truly performing. Dancers will work on:

  • Stronger dance technique
  • Learning and retaining choreography
  • Musicality and performance quality
  • Stage presence and confidence, and so much more

Performance Opportunities

Performance Team dancers receive opportunities to take the stage beyond their regular weekly classes.

Depending on the season and team, performances may include studio showcases, community events, local performances, competition opportunities, and other opportunities selected for the team throughout the year. These experiences allow dancers to put their training into practice while building confidence, versatility, and valuable performance experience.

Rehearsals

Performance Team rehearsals are held on Saturday afternoons.

Dancers work together throughout the season to learn choreography, clean routines, strengthen performance quality, and prepare for upcoming events. Because Performance Team is a group commitment, consistent attendance at rehearsals and performances is important to the success of the entire team.
