What You’ll Learn

Footwork, frame, and the confidence to use them

Graceful, rhythmic, and expressive, ballroom develops technical discipline and floor presence. Dancers explore a range of styles through dynamic footwork and movement.

Our Ballroom classes are a fun and welcoming way to learn dances like waltz, tango, and salsa. You’ll build confidence, improve coordination, and connect with others while enjoying a supportive, encouraging environment.

Ballroom Classes

Youth to Adult, every week

Ballroom runs right through the studio. Our Youth dancers, our teens and our adults each have their own weekly class, taught at the level and pace that fits them — younger dancers building musicality, partnering etiquette and poise, older ones adding technique, styling and floor craft.

Everybody starts as a beginner, and nobody is expected to arrive with a partner. This season’s ballroom classes are:

  • Adult 1 — Friday, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Youth 1 — Saturday, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Youth 2/3 — Saturday, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Teen — Saturday, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Friday Ballroom Social

One Friday a month, 8:00–9:30 pm

An open social dance night for adults. The evening starts with a 30-minute beginner lesson, then the floor opens for an hour of social dancing — waltz, swing, cha-cha, salsa and whatever else the room is in the mood for.

No partner needed, no experience needed, and nothing to prepare. Come with someone or on your own. Ages 18+.

Our opening night is on us. Every social takes an online RSVP — see the events page for what’s coming up.
